Deep ruby red with shades of violet are displayed with brilliance in the glass. Aromas of ripe cherries and red fruits begin to permeate beyond the glass, trailed by nuances of violets and lavender. The barrel regime adds complexity
to the palate with texture and spices reminiscent of cloves, vanilla, and baking spices.
Caelum derives its identity from the 8th smallest constellation in the Southern sky, known as “the sculptor’s chisel”. 15 day pre-fermentation maceration and 15 months in new French oak create a supple Malbec.
